Z-arts & BI Artist Development Support Request Form
We are committed to supporting artists across the breadth of diversity in our community. By diverse we mean artists from the global majority and underrepresented communities. 
Gathering the information on this form is therefore vital for us to ensure we meet that aim and be able to tailor and deliver the support needed and is also a requirement of our funders. We would therefore appreciate you taking the time to complete this form.

By completing this form you confirm that you are happy for us to store the data securely for use only in line with the artist support and development programme. Any data shared with funders will be anonymised.

Although you may have spoken to a member of the Z-arts team about your project not everyone in the artist development team will be aware of it. So, please give a brief but detailed explanation of the project you're working on that you'd like to get Z-arts support with.

The last question on the form will be to ask you to join a mailing list - this will only be for opportunities from Z-arts and our close partners.
