2024-2025 Annual Student Transfer Request Form
Students will be assigned an attendance area school based on their primary residence. Complete this form only if you are requesting a school other than the attendance area school. Please note, if placed, the child may have to be transferred back to his/her attendance area school if class size, teacher-student ratio, or other specified criteria are no longer feasible to maintain. Families are responsible for transportation to/from school. If the transfer is approved, the principal shall notify the parents. This form is a request only and not a guarantee of placement. Preliminary school assignment and parent notification for resident and non-resident students will be made by mid-June. Changes could be made after this time based on classroom space availability. This form must be completed each year.

Applications are accepted until 4:00 pm on Friday, February 23, 2024. Complete the online form or go to the District Office to fill out a paper form.
Transportation is not provided across school zones. For example, if your child attends West, they can't be bussed to Small Wonders Daycare. Placements are finalized mid-June.
