We'll post this in our private Facebook group full of our course graduates (aka fully equipped Influencer's  Assistants) for them to apply to! The job listing will go live between 7-14 days after you submit this form. If you are not ready to hire, please wait to submit this until you are, as our assistants will be eager to apply. 

Note, it's crucial to align on compensation that reflects the industry standard, which typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour or more. Offering commission-only arrangements might not be appropriate, as our graduates aren't in managerial roles and deserve fair compensation for their time and expertise.

Additionally, when outlining the scope of work and hours needed, it's essential to be realistic. If you're budgeting for a limited number of hours per week, consider the responsibilities involved. For instance, if you're seeking assistance with multiple tasks like inbox management, brand pitching, social media management, video editing, and campaign management, it's likely to require more than just a few hours per week to effectively fulfill these duties.

We just want to ensure that both you and our graduates have a clear understanding of expectations to foster successful collaborations!

Lastly, because we have influencers and graduates joining us from around the globe, in-person assistants tend to be  more challenging to find than remote. Please consider before sharing your listing.
