Below are some of the commonly raised questions we get about partnering with us for mortgages, as well as a few details on how our mortgage partnerships work. What you get as part of a mortgage partnership:

-  Listing on our website at www.physiciansidegigs.com/mortgages

- Direction to the website on related threads on the groups (there is no way to guarantee how many threads a day as this is based on what members are posting, but we do estimate this averages out to over once a day over the year, with expected ebbs and flows depending on the time of year.)

- Specific mentions of your company when appropriate to mention in relation to a specific question 



Some general FAQs:

Q: Do you have standard pricing?  
A: Our pricing is set by a cost per state per month listing. We require a minimum twelve-month commitment.

Q: How many leads will I get if I partner with you?
A: It is impossible for us to guarantee a particular number of leads. As mentioned above, however, we get mortgage questions daily (such as "Is this rate competitive"; "Who do you recommend for physician loans in this state"; etc.) To date, we have not had anybody not renew their listing on this list, with our longest standing partner now on year four.

Q: Will we be able to join the communities to market our products directly?
A: No, unfortunately. We feel strongly about protecting the integrity of the safe physician-only space. We will do our best to provide you with relevant examples of performance that you need to feel confident about the process.

Q: What happens after we fill out this form?  
A: We will review your application and reach out to discuss if there is synergy. Synergy is not purely financial, but also based on the needs/mission of our group and contingent on passing a vetting process.
