HELLO! Please read the following information.

As a growing ministry, we want to be able to provide financial assistance for our camps through full or partial scholarships, and/or delayed payments for students of families that are in need. This form must be filled out separately for each student who needs a scholarship OR who needs to be put on a payment plan.

In 2022, we will be limited to a scholarship fund. Simply put, when the fund runs out, we will not be able to provide any more scholarships - no exceptions.

For this reason, we are requiring that all students who are currently a part of our ministry and need a scholarship to attend a WayPoint Church work party, or help with the church fundraiser. Here are some dates where you could meet this requirement:

May 21 - Camp Fundraiser
July date TBD - Adopt-A-Road Cleanup

Attending a work party is not a firm requirement if you are new to our ministry, or are coming to a camp for the first time. Also, this requirement does not apply to students/families who intend to pay the full cost, but need to do so over time with a payment plan.

Ways to pay for camp without a scholarship:

-Ask someone to sponsor you! Many folks in our community could use some help, and would love to help you get to camp. How do you do this? Ask! Many people would LOVE to sponsor you (fully or partially), especially if you are willing to do some work for them. People you can ask: People at church, Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, Teachers, Big Brothers/Sisters, Neighbors.

-Start saving for camp incrementally. If you start this week (May 4, 2022) and save/earn $34 a week, you'll be able to pay the full cost by the time camp starts!

What do these options mean? Option A is if the only thing you are asking for is financial assistance. If you can't pay at all, or can only pay some of the cost of camp, this is for you.

Option B is for you if you CAN pay the full price, but need more time to do so.

Option C is for those who need financial assistance paying, but CAN pay SOME of the tuition, and need more time to pay that portion of the tuition.

Work Parties *

I understand that, if I am a regular student at WayPoint Youth, that I am obligated to attend a WayPoint work party, in order to obtain a camp scholarship, full or partial.
