Welcome to ClubZ! Tutoring of Herndon's Summer Offerings for Middle and High Schoolers. ClubZ! is the country's largest in-home and online tutoring provider and in business for over 25 years.

ClubZ!'s Summer programs help students prepare for the next school year as well as develop long lasting skills for their academics and profession.

Please fill out the following form to register your child for Summer Programs.

If you are looking to register multiple children (siblings), a new registration form will need to be submitted for each student. If you are looking to register your student for multiple Summer Programs, please submit a new registration form for each course for your student.

Essay Writing

This is a comprehensive course to build strong foundations in writing essays. Students will develop strong writing skills to tackle a variety of writing in their high school years including essay writing, book reports, analysis, standardized tests, variety of AP tests etc. Writing skills developed in this course will also help them improve writing their college applications.

Grades in Fall 2023 – Hons 8 to 10.

Dates: Jul 11 to Aug 3rd (4 weeks)

Days: Tue, Thurs

Time: 10:00 am to 12:00pm (2 hours)

Total Sessions: 8

Rate: $500/Student

Pre-Calculus

This is a comprehensive course to build strong foundations in Calculus and help students excel in Pre-Calculus or Calculus courses.

Grades in Fall 2023 – 9 (students who have a strong base in Algebra), 10, 11, 12,

Dates: June 26 to July 27 (5 weeks)

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs (No Session on July 4th)

Time: 10:00 am to 11:45am (1hr. 45min)

Total Sessions : 19

Rates: $855/Student

AP Economics

Introduction to AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics

Course Objectives:

This 6-week course will introduce fundamental concepts and theories of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. The students will be exposed to wide range of economics topics, include Comparative advantage, supply and demand, Marginal Theory, market structures, Aggregate Supply and Demand, the concepts of GDP and Inflation, and mechanisms of Monetary and Fiscal Policies. Upon the completion of this course, the student will grasp better understanding of basic concepts and theories of economics, able to analyze and perceive the world through logical application of economic principles, and able to utilize empirical tools to analyze economic events.

Grades in Fall 2023 – 10, 11, 12

Dates: June 20 to Aug 1st (6 weeks)

Microeconomics: Tuesdays 10:00am to 11:30pm (1.5hrs.) 12th Graders

Microeconomics: Tuesdays 12:30pm to 2:00pm (1.5hrs.) 11th Graders

(No session on July 4th)

Macroeconomics: Thursdays 10:00am to 11:30pm (1.5hrs.) 12th Graders

Macroeconomics: Thursdays 12:30pm to 2:00pm (1.5hrs.) 11th Graders

Total Sessions : 12 sessions (6 if registering for Micro or Macro only)

Rates: $955/student

For Students who want to enroll in only one of the AP Econ classes - AP Econ Micro or AP Econ Macro, the rates will be $500/student for each program.
