it can be one of the reasons below:

~ using wallets from exchanges

~ using wallets from other crypto currencies like bitcoin , monero , tron and etc

B. you used correct wallet but system didn't send withdrawal 

you can complete this form 

for (A) only Fill wrong wallet + correct wallet + referral link part of the form

for (B) only fill the " i Did not cheat" part +  correct wallet  + referral link
