First Aid/CPR Sign Up
This First Aid/CPR class will be on Sunday, October 15th at 9AM in the Smithfield Police Community Room.

If you have multiple people attending this class with you, please fill out one form per person. This is to ensure we do not go over the instructor to student ratio.

While the First Aid/CPR training itself is free of cost, there is a $25 fee if you would like to obtain a physical CPR certification card. All payments will be handled by instructors the day of the class.

This class is being capped at 24 participants. If we have more than 24 people who would like to participate, we will add another class at a later date. Those who will need to be moved to a later date will be notified within 24 hours of registering.
