The Canadian Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Conference (CUBEC) is the first large-scale event dedicated to connecting undergraduate biomedical engineering students across Canada. Last year, CUBEC 2020 brought in over 300 attendees from 21 universities worldwide to listen to over 25 guest speakers, panelists, and professionals in industry and academia.

Students in biomedical engineering have a plethora of potential career paths to follow post-graduation. Yet, many feel that they lack knowledge about what these opportunities may be and how one can become involved. CUBEC aims to bridge this gap by providing a platform for various academic research groups, industry leaders, and start-up companies to highlight what they do such that students are aware of all the opportunities open to them.

Following the success of CUBEC 2020, CUBEC 2021 will be a virtual experience. We hope that the remote nature of the conference will allow a greater number of students to participate.

CUBEC 2021 will take place virtually on November 20 (10 - 5 PM PST / 1 - 8 PM EST) and November 21 (10 - 3:30 PM PST / 1 - 6:30 PM EST).

If you are interested in attending CUBEC 2021, please fill out the following form. To keep up to date with the conference, make sure check our website at https://www.cubec.info/ and follow CUBEC on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at cubec.logistics@gmail.com. We hope to see you in November!
