Covid-19 Salon Policy: Due to Covid-19 we require that you as well as the stylist performing the services wear a mask that fits appropriately covering your mouth and nose. If you have any symptoms you will contact the salon to reschedule as soon as you notice them. *
SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we would be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge (entire color or entire cut changes will be subject to additional fees). Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 15 days from your initial purchase. Cancellation Policy is as follows: 48-24 hour prior to your appointment = 25% of scheduled appointment total. 24-1 hour prior to your appointment = 50% of scheduled appointment total. Less than 1 hour prior to your appointment & no shows = 75% of scheduled appointment total. All fees are required to be paid prior to rebooking. Do you agree to these terms? In order to book a New Client appointment with Spoilers Salon a non-refundable deposit will be collected. The deposit will be applied to the total price of the appointment. In the event the appointment is cancelled, the deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee as applies, any remaining amount will be kept on your account for future appointments. The deposit will be dependent on the booked appointment. *
