1. The personal data collected from you during the registration of SDS Service Learning Programmes will be used by SDS staff for the following purposes:

   1. serving as the information of applicants selection;
   2. responding to your inquiries, suggestions and opinions;
   3. compiling statistics and research; and
   4. promotion of SDS volunteer services and other student activities;

2. The collected data will be kept confidential and handled by University's staff members only. We will also share the data to our work partner(s), which is stated in the CRESDA application form. Please note that we will not share the information with any other parties without your prior consent. You have the right to request access to and correction of information. 3.  SDS reserves the right to alter or cancel the event as needed under specific conditions.

4. Our staff will take photos/videos during the events any may release the photos/videos in any form on CityU social media, educational or promotional publications and commemorative publications for the purpose of education and publicity.
