Service Design 101 Workshop

Service Design 101 Workshop:

Service design streamlines resources, such as people, property, and processes, to improve the overall service experience. This process identifies problems and areas for improvement while creating new and innovative services, leading to increased satisfaction for both users and employees. In the digital transformation age, service design is crucial for delivering services.

The Service Design 101 Workshop offers participants practical experience and knowledge on user-centered, effective, and innovative public services. The session will be co-hosted with the Digital Transformation Office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This workshop will focus on the user journey of vaccine reminders and registration for children.

The workshop will feature a hands-on experience in developing actors map and service blueprint for the immunisation process. It is open to a diverse range of development practitioners, including service designers, design researchers, qualitative researchers, data analysts, product researchers, social scientists, and policymakers.
