Application for Flexible or Adapted Confirmation Program - Students Starting in 21/22 School Year
Parents & Student should discuss these options and complete this form together.  Complete by December 1 to be considered for flexible learning options for Confirmation 22/23 or by October 1st for juniors/seniors requesting an accelerated schedule.  "Flexible Learning" is anything outside of the regular Sunday night, in-person, small-group-based program and may include an online small group, home-study, or adaptations for special needs.  It is meant for those who need it and is not "easier" than the regular program.

Next Steps
If you're interested in a Zoom group, and we have enough students to create one, the group leader will email you to choose a day/time that typically works for everyone.  You will then follow the regular program, just meeting online rather than on Sunday nights.  Dez will contact you about your options for the Retreat Day.
If you have requested home-based learning or an accelerated program, Dez will contact you to set up a parent/student orientation that will include a discussion about your responsibility to complete the at-home work and a plan for retreat day.
If you have requested a modified program for special circumstances, Dez will contact you/your parent to create a plan.
I understand that Flexible Learning is meant for those who NEED it and is not an "easy way out" for Confirmation preparation. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
