Helper - As a Helper, you will be the face of the Hive — players will turn to you for help and guidance, and it is your role to provide the assistance they need. Helpers are not responsible for any moderation, meaning your primary role would be to answer questions and be a welcoming face in the community.

Builders - Builders are responsible for building anything the server needs, whenever it needs it. You must have a lot of knowledge of the game of Minecraft, and everything in it. As a builder your job is to serve the community of the [ ZuZu ] Survival Server by building useful places, such as shops, jails, spawns, arenas, and much more.

Moderators - Moderators are a class of player who have been granted additional powers to detect, and prevent grief, spam and cheating.

Admins - An admin is a special class of user with unique powers and responsibilities within the server. Admins have the most responsibility within the server as they have to keep everyone in check.

Co Owner - Just because you were accepted for the duty doesn't mean that you can just roam around banning people and abusing commands. Just like an Administrator's duties, Co-Ownership requires a lot of work. Also, just like an Admin, a Co-Owner does a bit of everything, from coding to moderating. Here is a short list of what the job does:

- Helping the Founder/Owner run the server
- Keeping the staff team in line
- Helping the Administrator with general maintenance
- Helping the Moderator keep the chat clean
- Helping the Developer code
- Helping run the forums, and possibly helping pay for it
- Give suggestions to the owner, such as plugins, etc.
- Assist in promoting and demoting players and staff
