Each class will meet four times online (using Zoom).  One in person hui (for all three classes combined) will be offered on O‘ahu.
Nā Kaulana Mahina • Mahina Cycle Timing • Mondays 7pm to 8:30pm
Beginner/Intermediate.  Overview of Nā Kaulana Mahina (lunar cycle).  Emphasis will be on kilo practice.  Exploring inoa Mahina (moon names).  Understanding difference between modern/Gregorian calendar timing and Mahina timing.

Class dates are: (Mondays) January 27th / February 3rd / February 10th / February 17th
Kilo-based Traditional Calendar Year (Advanced) • Tuesdays 7pm to 8:30pm
A kilo-based, in-depth look at the traditional calendar year.  The traditional calendar is a non-Gregorian, kilo based-timing system that is still seen today.  There were no "months"/ dates / hours or years that began on January 1st.  What could be seen through kilo is still happening today.

We will focus on kilo timing of Makali‘i & Manaiakalani (Māuiʻs Fishhook) / Solstices & Equinoxes / as well as the 12 malama (354 day) cycle.

Class dates are:  (Tuesdays) January 28th / February 4th /  February 11th / February 18th
Mahina Wellness Cycle • Wednesdays 7pm to 8:30pm
Discovering, understanding and implementing your personal Mahina wellness cycle.  Navigating our modern environment with intentional focus on Mahina cycle timing.  We will focus on:

E kū e ola.  Standing in a state of wellness.  Finding internal balance in relationships and family dynamics that are generational patterns.  Activity planner.  Cardio, diet, detox cycles.  Healing, releasing, strengthening.
