PYLUSD Bus Pass Application Fall Semester (English)
Out of an abundance of caution, we are strongly encouraging all families to apply for school bus transportation utilizing this form.

We strongly recommend payment for bus passes by phone, mail, or online.

Paper bus applications will be mailed to students who rode the bus in the 2019-2020 school year.

A separate bus pass application must be filled out for each student.
