Mental Health Awareness - Coffee and Conversation Seminar Series

In the month of May, annually, the reality of living with mental health challenges is nationally recognized. While Coastal Connecticut Counseling supports and advocates passionately throughout the year for those struggling with mental health, we enthusiastically join this significant national movement.

In celebration of this year’s Mental Health Awareness month, we are offering a four-part seminar series on Friday mornings. These free seminars are intended to provide tools for thought, and space and time to prioritize participants’ mental health needs. Join us for one or all of our Coffee and Conversation Seminars in our Southport office from 9:30am-11:00am; feel free to bring a friend, spouse, family member, coworker etc.

Please use the form below to register for one or more seminars - you may attend as many as you like! However, space is limited to 20 participants for each seminar. If a seminar is full, you will be added to our waitlist and notified of your spot on it. We encourage you to register early, and we look forward to seeing you there!
