September 10-12 Camping Registration
This form is used to register for a camping site at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts - West Michigan for the weekend of Friday September 10,2021 through Sunday September 12,2021.
One registration per Military ID. (One site per ID)
Registrant must include Last Name as it states on the Military ID, VA card or DD-214 (a drivers license with veterans status will also work)
