This event is an in-person session at OHBM Seoul 2024 run in small groups, with 8-10 mentees (students & early career researchers) having an informal conversation with a mentor.
You *need* to be registered and coming in-person to the OHBM Seoul conference to attend!

This 1-hour mentoring session will be run on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 11.40am - 12.40pm and will include a full catered lunch.

Expressions of interest are open until Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 12pm EDT. There are limited spots available. Please note that completing this EOI form doesn't guarantee a spot, rather a lottery draw will determine who gets a seat for the event. This makes the EOI process equitable across different time zones.

Email confirmation of the Lunch With Mentors ticket will be sent to our lucky drawn attendees from ohbmtrainees.mentorship.program@gmail.com so please make sure you have this email saved in your contact list.

The Lunch with Mentors event will be a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for discussion. Members of the SP SIG will be present as moderators for the mentoring session. We have a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of the OHBM Code of Conduct (https://www.humanbrainmapping.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3912). If any attendee breaches these conditions they will be asked to leave the session.
