We will make every effort to delete all identifying information from your survey responses, unless you opt in for us to collect your name and email for follow up purposes. The data we collect will only be shared with members of the project team and no identifiable information will be used in study reports. We will delete the data after 1 year.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored and/ or processed at a destination outside your home country the UK and the European Economic Area.
