The following agreement is between the Morgan Art of Papermaking Conservatory & Educational Foundation located at 1754 EAST 47TH Street Cleveland, Ohio 44103 and the Artist/Participant, as a binding agreement for the Artist to consign artwork in this form for the purpose of facilitating the sale of the Goods at the Morgan Holiday Market. Morgan Conservatory will assume full responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged work while in its possession. The Morgan will take 30% for any sales of Consigned Goods for the duration and the Artist will be paid via check after the market closes.


General Terms

There is a limit of 10 different items with a maximum quantity of 20 each.
Title to the Goods shall remain with the Consignor until the Consigned goods are purchased and returned to the Consignor.
Upon any demand by the Consignor Consignee shall be responsible to return the Consigned Goods to Consignor.
This Agreement shall commence on the date that the Consignee accepts the Consigned Good(s) and terminate December 23rd. At this point, the Artist will have a scheduled pick up of unsold goods from the Morgan.

The Morgan Conservatory will be responsible for:

At its own cost, tables and/or wall space to display the Art Goods on the Morgan’s Premise inside of the Morgan’s gallery and posting on our online store.
Tagging each item with Artist's name and inventory number.

The Participant will be responsible for:

Delivering the Consigned Goods to the Morgan’s Premises at 1754 East 47th Street Cleveland, Ohio 44103, between October 19th and November 6th.
Clearly indicating on the Consigned Goods that the Consigned Goods are the property of the Consignor.
All branded tags and specific displays.
A completed W-9. (for sale purposes)




CHOICE OF LAW
This contract is deemed to be made in the State of Ohio.  The Consignor and Consignee expressly agree this Agreement is to be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio
