· I understand that the DSC reserves the right to refuse admittance to any student and suspend any student if the student’s behavior justifies such action.

· I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the DSC.

· I understand that to fully complete my registration I need to pay the tuition within 14 days but no later than the first class/session.

· I understand that my late payment will require a late fee of $20 when payment is not received by 3rd day/class/session.

· I understand that any returned check or payment will require a fee of $20.

· Cancellation of registration for refund requires a written notice prior to the start of class/camp (deadlines below). Online refunds may be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Important Dates:

o Last day to register – June 20, 2024 for classes starting before July 7; July 1, 2024 for classes starting after July 7.

o Last day to cancel with full refund – June 15, 2024

o Last day to cancel with 50% refund –June 20, 2024
