Job Description:
As a Rental & Sales Associate at Redline, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and guidance throughout the rental and sales process.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
- Educating customers on safety protocols and equipment usage.
- Handling transactions and processing rental agreements.
- Maintaining a clean and organized rental area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking merchandise.
Requirements:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift kayaks overhead in excessive heat.
- Availability for two shifts: 7am to 4pm and 4pm to 10pm, Thursday to Monday.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
