Between the undersigned (the client) and Take My Calls VAS
1. This is your authorization Take My Calls VAS to handle calls and assignments provided by you the client. Take My Calls VAS.., cannot and does not assume any responsibility, beyond the return of half of one month’s basic service charge, for any damages, consequential of otherwise, resulting from a failure by to perform any and all services under this Agreement, including but not limited to a failure to take or relay a message, or to process a call, even where such a failure is the result of Take My Calls VAS negligence, misconduct, error, or omission. Accordingly, you and your insurer should be aware that this express disclaimer of liability is an integral part of the contractual relationship between you and Take My Calls VAS It must be understood and agreed that the services offered are not guaranteed and understanding is key as with all employees issues may arise. With that, it is always priority that you the customer is put first and when mistakes are made we will be sure to put our best foot forward to correct and address them.

2. The subscriber agrees:

A. That the service shall not be used for any illegal purposes, and that Take My Calls VAS shall treat all messages, emails and any and all information involving you and or your company confidential. With the exception that it shall cooperate with all law enforcement agencies, in disclosing whatever information they require, in their performance of their legal duties.

B. To provide 15 days notice to Take My Calls VAS of termination if not done and the client (you) are charged for service you will only be deemed 50% of that fee back if we (Take My Calls VAS) accept any calls, send emails and or complete or start any assignment or instructions for you or your company after the charge. If no calls are taken the fee will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.

C. Take My Calls VAS, with notice to subscriber, may terminate service at any time where there is an unpaid balance as of 24 hours of non payment service will be stopped and a $25 reconnect fee is subject for service to be reactivated. If any unpaid balance we reserve the right to pursue collection activities.

D. Services are to be paid in advance, if any credit is on the account upon cancellation of service it shall be returned within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned in the form of a check and mailed to the listed address.

E. It is agreed that Take My Calls VAS will be providing a service to the company or individual listed below on a month to month bases. The client should also note that mistakes do occur and can be quickly fixed in many cases, we have put procedure in place to prevent mistakes or problems to ensure your satisfaction and that assignments are done correctly.

F. Non-Compete Clause: By signing this contract I (the company or individual listed below) agree that at no time during this agreement with Take My Calls VAS, will I attempt to extend additional work outside of my campaign or offer employment to employees or contractors of Take My Calls VAS. This will extend for one full year after this agreement has been terminated
