2024 Spring Reading &Writing Makeup Lesson Request
Please read the following make up class policy carefully:
We will offer 2 face to face makeup lessons this semester. You must submit this form to request a make up lesson
at least 48 hrs ahead of your original scheduled class time
. If for any reason your request is made late, we can only offer to grade your homework only (no face to face class).
The deadline for requesting a makeup lesson is May 10th, 2024. We will offer homework grading as an alternative. No face-to-face classes will be offered in these circumstances. No class credit can be carried forward to the next semester.
