MUFA Vaccinated Spring Test League Interest Form

MUFA will be running a four-week, one night a week league consisting of only fully-vaccinated players specifically designed to to test COVID-19 protocols and ability to be in compliance with all public health orders. This form is designed to collect interest in such a league and completion of the form does NOT guarantee entry into the league. Those who are accepted into the league will receive a direct invitation to register for the league.

The point of this league is *not* to provide competitive and/or enjoyable ultimate, but to create space to test protocols in a controlled, safe environment in anticipation of protocols needing to be in place for Summer League 2021. Any such occurrences of competitive and/or enjoyable ultimate are completely incidental.

League details:
Thursdays - April 29, May 6, May 13, and May 20 (Rain-out make-up dates will happen on the following Tuesday).
Location/Time: TBD and will change each night. We'll be trying out different scenarios (two games simultaneous at the same park, two games back to back, etc.) in order to assess COVID protocols.

Other Details:
$5 cost to cover field rental and liability insurance. No discs or shirts will be given out.
4 teams, 32 male-matching players and 32 female-matching players.
Format and rules may be modified each night/game, in order to test COVID protocols.
Participants must be willing to submit feedback after each game regarding COVID protocols, how they worked, and suggested improvements.

Priority registration for this league will go to those who are current or prior MUFA volunteers, including league commissioners, event volunteers, and youth coaches.
