BRiDGE is an initiative to bring early career scholars from underrepresented groups in STEM to UMass Amherst as part of established departmental lectures series. In addition, BRiDGE Scholars host an event focused on their Broader Impacts and have the opportunity to mentor graduate students from across the university.
