I, parent of the above mentioned child, here by enrol my child/children into Rush Contemporary Theatre Company (Pty) t/a Rush Institute of Performing Arts. With this I take responsibility to:

Encourage my child to attend lessons and participate in order to ensure that they get the attention needed to develop into young performers.
Give one months written notice, stating that my child will no longer be participating in drama lessons for whatever reason.
Pay my fees timeously and in full for 10 months (End February till end November).

Registration fee R250 (Including Rush T-shirt)
Pre-school R250pm (30 minute lesson per week)
Pre-junior studio fees R280pm (40-50 minute lesson once a week)
Junior and Intermediate fees R390pm (90 minute lesson once a week)

Provide funds needed for concert participation yearly (Usually R 450 including costume hire)
Help with fund raising and ticket sales for shows put on by Rush Contemporary Theatre Company.

I will not hold the teacher, the school or Rush Drama Academy accountable for any injuries, damage to property or the loss of theft of goods when participating in a class.

I will always encourage my child to stick to their commitments to Drama and never give up on their dreams.
