FIT International Exchange/Visiting Student | Course Request Form

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL ENROLLMENT FORM.

This form is to be completed ONLY for courses restricting you from successfully registering online via http://myfit.fitnyc.edu

You are required to take a mandatory minimum of 12 credit hours. In the U.S., 12 credit hours is a full-time course of study. Links to course/module descriptions are available and have been provided in the link below.

You must begin registering for your own courses but, in the meantime, please provide us with the courses you are NOT ABLE to register for.
