We will review the form and be in contact. There is a pre-screening questionnaire that is required before participating in the program. This is to ensure you receive the most out of your experience.


If you are approved, you will be sent an invoice from our accounting department. After payment is received, we will reach out to set up your shadowing day!


Upon completion of the program, you'll receive an information packet and a Certificate of completion for your education time.
