2020 Naperville Big Band Jazz Festival Online Registration Form

Registration begins Thursday, January 9th at 9:00 a.m.

Each ensemble entry has a $450 fee to help cover your ensemble’s clinic expenses, auditorium performance, and the group tickets to the guest artist concert with the Pete Ellman Big Band.

NOTE: Ensembles that withdraw after FEBRUARY 14, 2020 will forfeit half of their entire entrance fee. DO NOT SEND YOUR FEE UNTIL YOU ARE BILLED.

Participating schools may bring an additional ensemble. In order to provide a festival experience for as many schools as possible, a school's second band will be accepted only after registration has been received for the first band. Registration for second bands will open on Friday, January 10th, 2020 at 9am. Priority for remaining performance spots will be determined on a first come, first serve basis.
