Nursery Attendance Options 
Please read the attendance options listed below and confirm the option you would prefer by ticking the box at the end of the descriptions

Option 1 - Universal Free Entitlement (UFE)- 15 Funded Hours 

All children who are aged 3 on or before the 31st August are entitled to 15 hours of Free Nursery Education (this is called Universal Free Entitlement)

  • Your child will attend Monday 9am to 3pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 12pm
  • ALL children accepting a Nursery place at College Green will have to attend ALL of these hours in order to qualify for their free entitlement
  • Lunch is charged at a cost of £4.00 for the full day on the Monday

Option 2 - Additional hours to attend 3 1/2 days 
This is made up of 6 additional hours over and above the Universal Free Entitlement
  • Your child will attend 9am to 3pm Monday to Wednesday and 9am to 12pm on Thursday.
  • Lunches are £4.00 per day (3 days) = £12.00 per week.
  • Full weekly charge (including lunches) = £92.82 per week.
Option 3 - Additional hours to attend 4 days
This is made up of 9 additional hours over and above the Universal Free Entitlement

  • Your child will attend 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday.
  • Lunches are £4.00 per day (4 days) = £16.00 per week.
  • Full weekly charge (including lunches) = £137.23.

Option 4 - Additional hours to attend 5 full days
This is made up of 15 additional hours over and above the Universal Free Entitlement
  • Your child will attend 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
  • Lunches are £4.00 per day (5 days) = £20.00 per week.
  • Full weekly charge (including lunches) = £222.05 per week.
Option 5 - 30 Hours Free Nursery Education

This is made up of an additional 15 hours of funded hours over and above the Universal Free Entitlement.  Please check the government website for eligibility criteria - Childcare Choices.gov

  • Your child will attend 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
  • Lunches are £4.00 per day (5 days) = £20.00 per week.
  • You will need to provide an eligibility code obtained from HMRC.
  • This code will need to be renewed periodically throughout the academic year.

Clubs package

We offer 16 places for preschool children to attend a clubs package.  This package will run from 8:15am to 9am Monday to Thursday.  There will be no clubs package on a Friday.

  • The package is for the morning session only, drop off and pick up times are flexible within these hours but the fee is charged for the full session.
  • The clubs package will be added to your weekly cost.
  • You must sign up for the clubs package for the whole academic year.
  • It will not be possible to drop the clubs package element of your contract.  It will be part of your preschool contract
  • If you have 15 or 30 hours of free childcare you will have a separate contract if you require the clubs package.
  • Breakfast will be served in the morning.
Priority will be given - 
  1. To children who currently access extended hours in  our Neighbourhood Nursery (pm sessions may be offered subject to availability)
  2. We will follow the same admissions criteria detailed in our admissions policy (subject to availability)
The cost of the clubs package will be £10.00 per day.

Booking Fee and Deposit

No deposit is required for the 15 Hours Universal Free Entitlement only offer.  Payment of a deposit is only required if you are offered a place at College Green, we do not ask for a registration fee when submitting this registration form.

30 Hours free childcare places will require a deposit equivalent to a weeks worth of the 30 Hours Nursery Education Grant Funding (£168.30).  This will be allocated to your school account once your child starts nursery.

All places with additional paid for hours require a booking fee of £215 and a deposit to cover a minimum of 4 weeks fees.  The booking fee and deposit are non-refundable if you do not take up the offered Nursery place prior to the start date or if you do not stay at College Green for the full academic year.  Full terms and conditions can be found on our website. ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

  1. The booking fee is non-refundable if you decide not to take up the offered nursery place after it has been accepted but prior to payment of the full deposit.
  2. Once you have paid your booking fee and accepted the offered Nursery place you will be provided with a copy of your contract and details of the payment date for the full deposit.  Your full deposit will be due on completion of your contract.  The full deposit will cover a minimum of 4 weeks Nursery fees (including lunches)
  3. Payment of your deposit is taken as acceptance of your contract and the conditions within.
  4. Please make sure to read all of the terms and conditions in our contract before making payment of your deposit as changes at a later date may mean that your deposit becomes forfeit.  Your deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to take up the offered place prior to your child's start date, this includes reducing your attendance pattern.
National Offer Day
We will make our offers on the  National Offer Day which is the 16th April 2025.  These offers will be to start in September 2025
