Hayfield Farm Swim Club 2023 Summer Lease Registration for Non Members
THE LEASE REGISTRATION PERIOD HAS ENDED. We have accepted all the lease applicants we can for 2023.
REGISTRATION BEGINS -- March 26, 2023 at 12pm noon Eastern Time.
This form will be available beginning on March 26, 2023 at Noon. Registrations will not be accepted before that date and time. Please return on or after that date to register for a 2023 lease at Hayfield Farm Swim Club.
Leases will be awarded to registrants in the order in which they were received. When a lease becomes available, you will be notified by email. The cost for the 2023 season is $650 and payment is expected within 10 days of being notified.
Payment will be accepted via check and PayPal.
