Continuum: Pilates in the Park
Greetings!

My name is Alyssa Junious and I will be your pilates instructor for Continuum's Pilates in the Park. Looking forward to meeting and moving with you!

Where: Luisueno park, Oceanside Ca (Park is off Douglas Drive and Vandergrift Road)
Suggested $5-$10 Donation

Things to bring:
- mask
- pilates mat
- water bottle
- towel

Social distance guidelines:
This class will be taught following social distance protocols. Please wear your mask upon arrival. Once you've been given a designated social distance spot you may take off you mask to take class.

- cones will mark where to set up your ma with 6 ft distance.
- disposable masks and sanitizer will be available.
