We currently use FedEx for our deliveries and collections. Whilst they will aim to collect on the specified date, on occasion they may not be able to collect on the first booking. If this happens, please use the link below to book a new collection (a missed collection will not automatically be rescheduled):

If such a delay occurs, it will not impact the cancellation of your rental (i.e. we will stop any further rental charges being made if the rig arrives back late due to courier delays). We recommend arranging for collection for a date & location which is not inconvenient for you, in case multiple collection bookings are necessary (e.g. it may be better to have it collected from your workplace, rather than ensuring someone is at home all day). The collection address does not need to match the from address on the label.
