As a member of the Farmington High School track team I agree to commit to the following conditions: *

I will dedicate myself to the benefit of the team and always give my best effort.

I will support my coaches by doing what they instruct me to do.

I will notify my coaches of injuries or issues I am going through that may interfere with my ability to fully participate.

I will notify my coaches of events that may conflict with our team schedule (practice & meets) at least 2 days before the event occurs.

I will block out 2:40 PM - 5:00 PM every day for practice on A days and if I chose to work I will not work during this block of time.

I will block out 1:05 PM - 3:30 PM every day for practice on B days and if I chose to work I will not work during this block of time.

I will be at every meet and stay for the duration of the entire meet, cheering my teammates on.

I will keep myself academically eligible by maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.5, and an appropriate citizenship grade (No "U"s).

As a member of Farmington Track my behavior will include the following: *

I will conduct myself in a way that reflects positively on myself, my team, and my school.

I will refrain from bullying or hazing of any kind (ZERO tolerance).

I will report any bullying or hazing to a coach.

I will do my best to be a supportive teammate to ALL my fellow athletes regardless of their standing on the team.

I will treat other teams with respect (No trash talking or gloating etc.)

I will clean up after myself at events and respect all parks and facilities (leave it better than you found it).

I will avoid all drugs, alcohol and other harmful chemicals.

Failure to meet these expectations will make you ineligible to compete and potentially remove you permanently from the team. *
