We always strive to be relevant to our residents' needs and understand that some residents are brand new to the city while others may have lived in Independence, MN all their lives.  Some residents were first-time homeowners and others have developed their acreage over the years or may want to at some point. We hope the city's communications will meet everyone's needs.
