DSF Marching Mavericks 2023
*This form and the $100 non-refundable deposit must be turned in by JULY 1st for all students participating in the 2023-24 marching band season* The remaining amount owed is due by July 31st. Please make note of required fees as you fill in the form. The base fee of $225 includes the student's spot in the field show, band camp instruction, transportation to away games & competitions, one show t-shirt, etc. Additional fees depend on additional items purchased, some required and some optional, (extra t-shirts, shoes, gloves, jackets). Fees can be paid via check (to "DSF Band Boosters") or via Paypal at the Band Boosters website (http://www.freemanband.org/band-boosters.html), under the DONATE button. Clothing Orders
Please select items that your student will need for the 2023 season. ONE SHOW SHIRT IS INCLUDED in the fee of $225. Additional show shirts, for students and/or parents, may be purchased below. ALL MUSICIANS need marching shoes and gloves*. (*Percussion students do not need to order gloves.) COLOR GUARD members need marching shoes, but gloves are optional. If a student already has shoes and/or gloves from a prior year, then these do not need to be purchased again. ALL PARTICIPANTS also need a blue band jacket, which were purchased in the 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 school years. If your student does not have a jacket, or needs a different size, please purchase another (or swap with someone!).

Please complete and submit this form by July 1st so that all  items will arrive before marching season. You will receive an invoice email with the total amount due ($225 + any additional purchases). A $100 deposit is also required by July 1, and the remaining balance is due July 31st. Pay via Paypal at the Band Boosters website (freemanband.org/band-boosters), under the DONATE button, or via check (payable to "DSF Band Boosters").
