Please install EViews 12 Student Version Lite on your PC (alternatively, you can use EViews 6 in one of the computer rooms). When you have installed and opened EViews on your PC (or opened EViews 6 in one of the computer rooms) download the cigarette.txt data from the Econometrics 1 webpage and drag-and-drop it onto the open EViews window. The dataset should load automatically. Please take a screenshot of the EViews window after you have completed this operation and upload it to the Drive, in the "Exercises\EViews Installation" folder. <cigarette.txt>

In the paper by Jia and Pathak (2010), what is the impact of the buyer's agent commission on the total number of days on the market, conditional on sale, when both month and zip code-year fixed effects and house characteristics are included in the model? You only have to give the reported coefficient and standard error as your answer e.g. "1.23 (4.56)", where the standard error is in parentheses. There is no need to interpret the model results.

Note that you do not need to install LaTeX, MiKTeX, etc. as individual packages, locally on your PCs. For the PREV applied project, you can just use Overleaf. This video does not cover tables or figures. I will give you full templates for the report and presentation.
