Hello, we at WoSTRAQ are creating a database of all Anaesthetics Trainee QI projects in the West of Scotland.
Due to GDPR, we need your consent for this data. By filling in this form, you provide consent for us to store your project info on the database, which can be accessed by other WoSTRAQ members and used to collaborate projects across multiple hospital sites, avoid unnecessary repetition of projects, and increase the likelihood of longer-term project completion.
