Senior All Night Party 2023 Registration
Step 1-REGISTRATION: please complete the form below then;

Step 2-PAYMENT: We are using Clover, a PNC Bank payment portal. This is the BEST way to pay. There is a $3 convenience fee to cover our cost of using the portal for credit cards. PLEASE consider paying this way to make it easier for the parent volunteers! The link to Clover will be in the confirmation after you click Submit below, or go to to the SANP website: https://www.fhssanpmi.com.

If you must pay with cash or a check, complete this registration process, then put your cash/check (payable to "FHS SANP"), into an envelope that is labeled with "SANP payment 2023 - Senior's first and last name." Take this to the FHS main office. 

Step 3-Zap Zone Liability Waiver. Please remember to download the waiver and follow the instructions to submit from the website https://www.fhssanpmi.com

Ticket purchase is not complete until ALL steps are done, so please pay and submit the waiver promptly.
