What roles could you possibly perform? The difficulty level increases as you go down the list.

Check-In- Welcome volunteers, teams and guests. Verify schedule, hand out materials, direct volunteers to appropriate locations. Answer basic questions. Collect engineering notebooks for judging

Concession Stand- Prepare and serve food. Breakfast foods in the morning and pizza at lunch. Proceeds benefit Wooster Robotics

Field Managing/Queuing- Make sure teams are where they need to be. Organize teams for upcoming matches.

Field Reset- Accurately reset competition field after each match and assist the field manual head referee as needed. (this is a great job for younger siblings).

Inspector Processor- Uses a computer to enter data and work with inspectors

Inspector- Conduct inspections to verify the robots comply with the rules and specifications outlined in the game manual

Scorekeeper Referee- Need to understand the game. Record scores using Tournament Manager Mobile app. Verify recorded scores with referees. Make sure fields get reset.

Judge- Evaluate student teams through interviews, engineering notebook, multimedia presentations and on field performance.

Head Referee- Need to have a deep understanding of the game and train. Organize and oversee all referee/scorekeeper. Interpret and consistently enforce the rules of the game to score the match upon completion and is the final authority for any disputes or rulings.

Pit Manager- Serve in a customer service role by assisting teams and guests with competition and venue related questions
