You do not need to fill out this form.  You are welcomed to buddy up (or not) with a classmate in your own way.

The purpose of this form is to allow you to indicate to classmates when you are generally available for buddying to work on exercises and assignments.

On your honor all replies will be truthful.

You understand your responses will be made visible with the instructor, classmates, and teaching assistants.
