Public comment form - American Rescue Plan
Under the American Rescue Plan (ARP), Cumberland County is slated to receive $57.3 million in two payments over the next year. The funds must be committed by December 31, 2024.

There are rules about how the funds can be used - for instance, they cannot be used to reduce taxes or be committed to a pension fund. Cumberland County is seeking feedback from the public on how residents would like to see these funds used.
