PLEASE READ:
The facility will be available for use one (1) hour before the scheduled event. If additional time is needed, it must be requested when this form is submitted.

Decorations are permitted. Only Scotch tape is permitted to hang items; no nails or glue can be used. Decorations must be moved when the event is over.

If you require food service, all food service must be coordinated by the BPBC Food Committee. If the BPBC Food Committe is not available for your event, approval must be given by th Food Committee to use outside catering. Under no circumstances will Bushy Pond Baptist Church or the Bushy Pond Food Committee be responsible for any food not prepared by the Food Committee.

  • Please note that your request for use of the J. E. Holiday Fellowship Hall is not guaranteed until this form is completed and submitted with a $25 deposit, paid in full.
  • The fees do not include the cost of Food and Food Service rendered by the Food Committee. The fees apply to the usage of the J. E. Holiday Fellowship Hall only!
  • For usage of the kitchen, an additonal fee of $120.00 will be required.
  • Fellowship Hall restrooms must be cleaned and left in the conditon they were found. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU OR YOUR GUEST MISUSE OR BREAK!
  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
