Please indicate your availability and preferred position (We will do our best to accommodate your request). All needs are for Sunday, 4/5 unless otherwise indicated. *

Saturday 4/4/20 - Pre-Setup Walk & Festival 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Place chairs and signage in Orton Center and prep for 4/5/20)

Mental Health Walk Setup & Check In – 6:00AM-9:30AM (check-in walkers/teams, provide shirts, process late registrations, answer questions, etc.)

Mental Health Walk – 9:30AM-12:00PM (Guide walkers on the walk route, staff water stations and clean up)

Festival Setup – 6:00AM – 10:00 AM

Vibe Navigation Table: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM - indicate 2 hour preference below (Greet, provide maps and schedules, sell promotional products, answer questions)

Vibe Vendor/Exhibitor Check In – 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM - indicate 2 hour preference below (Greet, direct organization to 10x10 space, answer questions about set-up)

Parking Lot Attendant – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - indicate 2 hour preference below (Greet, direct VIP and general parking, direct band and vendor loading/unloading)

Area Host 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - indicate 2 hour preference below (Greet, answer questions and offer guidance and oversight for educational sessions)

Runners 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM - indicate 2 hour preference below (Will help as needed with a variety of tasks that will arise the day of the event)

Youth Football Clinic with Brian Banks – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Assist with setup, escorting youth from Orton to field, coaching and coordination and clean up. Clinic is from 12PM-1:30PM.)

Youth Basketball Clinic with TBA – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Assist with setup, escorting youth from Orton to Currier Rec Gym, coaching and coordination and clean up. Clinic is from 12PM-1:30PM.)

Youth Soccer Clinic with TBA – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Assist with setup, escorting youth from Orton to field, coaching and coordination and clean up. Clinic is from 12PM-1:30PM.)

Festival Clean Up – 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Assist with tear down and clean up)
