This year we will be selling extra uniforms at a discounted price. This offer will be available to in-person students only as the uniforms will be delivered to students in the building during first weeks of school.

There is a limited quantity of items available and students/families should use this form to fill out what they would like. We will check what's available and you will receive confirmation if those items are available.

Once you receive confirmation, your student can come to school and make payment/receive their items.

Hoodies will be sold for $15
Long-sleeve & short-sleeve shirts will be sold for $5

Please fill out the form according to what you would like (there is no guarantee that what you are requesting is in stock, please do not send your child to school with money until you receive confirmation that we have what they would like).
