In normal circumstances, you are eligible to participate in the next phases of ICPC (i.e. going to Paris) if you are born IN 1996 OR LATER. However, there can be exceptions (see the https://icpc.baylor.edu/regionals/rules/EligibilityDecisionTree-2019.pdf in the ICPC official website). In any case, if you are older, you can still participate for fun!

To participate in the contest, you must have an account on teams.itacpc.it (preferably you should also create/join a team)

Technically, you could participate by yourself (as a "one-man team") but it's practically impossible to compete against teams with 3 strong members, so we recommend you find some teammates.

This competition has the objective of choosing the 3 best teams of Polimi, however any university is welcome to participate as long as we have space. If we run out of space, then you are kindly invited to participate from your home (this contest will be mirrored as a ITACPC warmup round).

We might need power strips because the classroom doesn't have enough electric plugs for everyone.
