EES Library Book Requests
This form will be used to request physical books from the Ephesus Library. No requests are guaranteed but all efforts will be made to get a variety of selections to students. A maximum of 3 books may be checked out at a time.

You may request specific titles by browsing the Ephesus Library catalog (found on our regular Ephesus website/Library tab/second choice down.) However, although a book may look available, that may not be the case. It is highly suggested you list genres, and/or specific characters or series, and/or subjects to ensure some book selections.

Due to Covid safety concerns, and regulations regarding checkouts, there may be considerable wait periods. I strongly encourage you to continue to utilize the Chapel Hill Public Library and the NC Kids Digital Library and our other virtual resources as well. Just Keep Reading! ~ Mrs. Sloane Akos, Your Ephesus Librarian

If you want Mrs. Akos to just pick out some books for you, what types of books do you prefer?
Clear selection
Tell Mrs. Akos more! For instance, "I really like these characters..."(List: for example, Magic Tree House, Percy Jackson, Mercy Watson, Fly Guy...) OR "I really like scary books or mysteries, fantasy, etc." OR "I really like this author..." (Just anything you think will help her pick out great selections for you. You can also say books you do NOT want.)
That's it! Books will be delivered to student's classrooms during their in person instruction days. For Virtual Only students, requests will be placed in the atrium for pickup during regular school hours. Thanks and I'll do my best! ~Mrs Akos, Your Ephesus Librarian
