18 Questions to get Clarity and Control...
I'd like to invite you to carefully answer the questions below.

These questions are designed to help you get clarity and understanding of the situation you're in at this moment.

My coaching philosophy is all about helping people to help themselves and I firmly believe that by taking this questionnaire and really considering your answers, you will be taking the first steps to freedom from whatever problems or challenges you're facing right now...

It is also very valuable to me as it allows me to help my clients better! I can better help you and others once I'm truly aware of how you're feeling right now. (By the way...there is no obligation whatsoever to continue working with me afterwards!)

1. What negative emotions do you feel right now? Please choose as many as you can that you recognise.
2. For each emotion you listed, look at that emotion and ask yourself this question: "What is making you feel that emotion? Try and answer at least 3-5 times for every emotion if you can. If you've listed many, what would you say is generally making you feel the way you do right now?
3. What positive emotions do you want to feel but do NOT feel right now? Please use the list of positive emotions and choose  as many as you can that you recognise.
4. For each positive emotion you desire but are not feeling, ask yourself this question: "What is stopping me from feeling that emotion? Try and answer 3-5 times for every emotion you listed if you can.  If you've listed many, what would you say is generally stopping you from being able to feel these positive emotions?
5. What negative experiences are you having right now or have you had before? Write down as many specific experiences as you can.
6. For each negative experience you listed, ask yourself this question: "What caused that experience? Try and answer for every experience if you can.
7.   Use the list of values below and ask yourself which values are not being fulfilled .
8. What positive experiences are you NOT having right now in life? What do you feel like you're missing out on? Why?
9. Let's look at behaviour...What are you doing or not doing that’s stopping you from having those Positive Experiences?  Write down as many behaviours/actions as you can.
10. What do you think you should be doing instead? Write down as many behaviours/actions as you can.
11. Negative Characteristics: Which of these do you think apply to you?
12. For each negative characteristic you picked ask yourself this question: "What causes you to be that way?"  Try and answer 3-5 times for every negative characteristic if you can.  If you've listed many, what would you say is generally causing you to behave the way you do right now?
13. Look at the list of positive characteristics...Which characteristics do you think you’ll have once you have solved your problems? Please use the list and choose as many as you can.
14. For each positive characteristic you listed ask yourself this question: "What would help you to be that way? Try and answer 3-5 times forevery positive characteristic if you can.
15.Past Results: Tell me...What have you tried and what has NOT worked when it comes to solving your issues?  Please write down as many things as possible.
16. What are you envious about when it comes to other people who HAVE solved their issues or overcome challenges  ? Please write down as many things as possible.
17. Why do you think you haven’t already solved your problem (s) Please write down as many reasons as possible.
18. Last Question! What do you think would happen if you did manage to get through this?  How would life be for you? What would change? What would be different?Just suppose....Please write down as many things as possible.
